Custom Clean is PEACH’s first worker’s co-op – a commercial cleaning business based in Custom House. A worker’s co-op is a company owned and democratically controlled by its workers. This means we run the business ourselves rather than having bosses.
We pay ourselves the London Living Wage of £13.15 per hour, we make decisions together and we get trained in new skills such as website building, chairing meetings and bookkeeping. We are now looking to grow and expand the Custom House Worker’s Co-op. If you have a building that needs cleaning – get in touch!
If you want to be your own boss, learn new skills and meet new people, sign up to join the CHWC organising committee today! Contact Lorna (07512 309 560) or Angela (07903928362) for more info.
