The two roles are complementary and essential.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">\n <h2>Our Current Focus: Two Live Sites<\/h2>\n <p>\n <strong>Ford\u2019s Park Road (Community Hub & Garden):<\/strong> the former youth services building will be brought back into use.\n After redevelopment, it will provide a permanent home for <strong>PEACH<\/strong> and open rooms and spaces to community groups,\n residents and local organisations \u2014 a hub to strengthen the area by hosting activity, services and a clear platform for community voices.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n <strong>Blake Road (Affordable Homes):<\/strong> we are progressing a pipeline for permanently affordable homes for local residents\n and those affected by regeneration, working with architects and partners to shape viable, resident-led proposals.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">\n <h2>What\u2019s Happening Now<\/h2>\n <p>\n The E16 CLT is in a full business planning phase, with external advisory support (including <em>Stir to Action<\/em>) to put robust\n structures in place and meet stakeholder agreements for Ford\u2019s Park Road.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n Preparations are underway to reopen the Ford\u2019s Park Road building post-redevelopment as a community hub,\n with rooms to rent and PEACH as a core tenant, in line with the CLT\u2019s founding aims and Articles of Association.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n The next CLT Annual General Meeting will be held in <strong>November<\/strong>. The two roles are complementary and essential.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">\n <h2>Our Current Focus: Two Live Sites<\/h2>\n <p>\n <strong>Ford\u2019s Park Road (Community Hub & Garden):<\/strong> the former youth services building will be brought back into use.\n After redevelopment, it will provide a permanent home for <strong>PEACH<\/strong> and open rooms and spaces to community groups,\n residents and local organisations \u2014 a hub to strengthen the area by hosting activity, services and a clear platform for community voices.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n <strong>Blake Road (Affordable Homes):<\/strong> we are progressing a pipeline for permanently affordable homes for local residents\n and those affected by regeneration, working with architects and partners to shape viable, resident-led proposals.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">\n <h2>What\u2019s Happening Now<\/h2>\n <p>\n The E16 CLT is in a full business planning phase, with external advisory support (including <em>Stir to Action<\/em>) to put robust\n structures in place and meet stakeholder agreements for Ford\u2019s Park Road.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n Preparations are underway to reopen the Ford\u2019s Park Road building post-redevelopment as a community hub,\n with rooms to rent and PEACH as a core tenant, in line with the CLT\u2019s founding aims and Articles of Association.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n The next CLT Annual General Meeting will be held in <strong>November<\/strong>.
