The aim is simple: cleaner, safer streets and faster fixes.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Housing Club<\/h2>\n <p>\n The Housing Club brings tenants together to secure safe, permanent, decent homes. We support residents to raise repairs,\n challenge damp and mould, and act collectively so landlords and the Council deliver. \n We do this at our office and by holding surgeries in community spaces across Custom House and Canning Town,\n alongside partners such as Shelter and Newham Citizens.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Community Infrastructure (E16 CLT)<\/h2>\n <p>\n Through our offshoot, the <a href=\"\/e16-clt\">E16 Community Land Trust<\/a>, we support community-owned assets.\n At <strong>Ford\u2019s Park Road<\/strong>, the former youth outreach building will, after redevelopment, host <strong>PEACH<\/strong> and open rooms to community groups.\n We\u2019re also progressing <strong>Blake Road<\/strong> as a pipeline for permanently affordable homes.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Community Events & Parties<\/h2>\n <p>\n Good times matter. We support residents to raise repairs,\n challenge damp and mould, and act collectively so landlords and the Council deliver. \n We do this at our office and by holding surgeries in community spaces across Custom House and Canning Town,\n alongside partners such as Shelter and Newham Citizens.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Community Infrastructure (E16 CLT)<\/h2>\n <p>\n Through our offshoot, the <a href=\"\/e16-clt\">E16 Community Land Trust<\/a>, we support community-owned assets.\n At <strong>Ford\u2019s Park Road<\/strong>, the former youth outreach building will, after redevelopment, host <strong>PEACH<\/strong> and open rooms to community groups.\n We\u2019re also progressing <strong>Blake Road<\/strong> as a pipeline for permanently affordable homes.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Community Events & Parties<\/h2>\n <p>\n Good times matter. We organise trips, community parties and street events so residents meet, get to know each other and build real neighbourhood ties.\n Recent 2025 highlights include our <strong>Southend seaside trip<\/strong>, <strong>Summer party<\/strong>, <strong>September community party<\/strong> and more resident-led street events in the pipeline.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n \n <article style=\"margin-bottom: 60px;\">\n <h2 style=\"border-left: 4px solid #28a745; padding-left: 15px;\">Community Kitchen<\/h2>\n <p>\n We are <strong>restarting our Community Kitchen<\/strong> (running for the last few years and paused over the summer months).\n The kitchen brings people together for good food at low cost and strengthens community ties.
