As we all know, the Freemason’s Highstreet has been underappreciated for many years now shops are being left unused and empty, lack of meaningful community projects, opportunities and services for the local community. The High Street Action Group(HAG) Founded by PEACH Members has been hard at work to get it back to the way it used to be, and they call this the Love Custom House Now campaign which is part of a wider resident campaign across Custom House to win repairs, maintenance, and cleaning up the neighborhood making our community a cleaner place to live.. The residents have come together to try and get the council’s support with reopening the unused shop space to create something productive. With all this in the pipeline, they are also working the repairs, cleaning up the neighbourhood, and making the community a better place to reside day after day.
